- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Guests may cancel free of charge more than 30 days before arrival, and the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
